We understand that plans may change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. • Surgeries cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the patient’s responsibility and are not billed to insurance.
